The scheme involves combining two existing college sites onto one single campus on the edge of the town. This four storey landmark building combines new build with the refurbishment, vertical extension and re-cladding of an existing two storey block. The new block contains the main reception, learning resources centre, refectory and administration, whilst the majority of teaching space is accommodated within the refurbished element.
The work was carried out whilst the College was in occupation, with minimal disruption to the teaching process.
