Following the successful completion of a number of new buildings on the Harlow College campus, AD was appointed to design this new building which is a joint venture between the College and the University. The project involves the creation of 2500m² of highly adaptable accommodation, in a form which gives the University an appropriate presence on the site, but which nevertheless forms an integral part of the overall learning campus. The building has been designed to meet the requirements of BREEAM Excellent and is programmed to be completed in summer 2011.
