AD Architects is working with Norfolk Property Services (NPS) to create a new strategic depot at Marsh Lane, Tottenham to replace the Council's recycling and frontline operational facilities currently based elsewhere in the Borough.
The site on the edge of the Lee Valley Park will include Council vehicle workshops, office accommodation and a reuse and recycling (R&R) centre and is an important component of the Council’s 'Greenest Borough' strategy.
The building contains a range of sustainable features and is on target to achieve BREEAM Excellent standard.
