  • AD Architects are the architects for the new maternity building to be constructed under the NHS Procure 21 method, for Medicinq Osborne. The new building has 20 delivery rooms and two theatres. The service is divided between midwifery led, and consultant led units. The scheme unites the whole service to refurbished areas including the neonatal unit which is increasing from 20 to 30 cots and taking infants of a higher acuity care. The new building has a BREEAM Excellent rating.
