Feasibility study and development brief for a major new college development to replace and refurbish existing facilities in Loughton, Essex. AD subsquently developed detailed proposals for a new four-storey landmark building to include the re-provision of a public library, as well as varied accommodation for the College covering the whole curriculum range. It comprises approximately 14,500m² of space and 380 car parking spaces. The building is currently under construction using a design and build procurement route and is due to be completed in Summer 2008.
