Old Priory Park

AD designed student housing by converting the Victorian Old Priory Park School site in Old London Road, St Albans to accommodate 65 law students. Planning consent for the conversion of the locally listed buildings was gained following detailed negotiations with the St Albans City & District planners and conservation officer.

Subsequently the client decided to sell the site and AD revised the design to provide 13 luxury dwellings for sale and the developer Blythewood Homes then implemented this scheme.
