Fracture Clinic Building & MRI Suite

AD completed a multi-phased major re-development of several clinical services within the Hemel Hempstead Hospital.  These include forming a new MRI and imaging suites; relocating clinics for fracture, chest and audiology, ENT and ophthalmology, and forming a complete new dermatology day clinic.

The dermatology development was given an award for the involvement of patients in the design.  AD instigated the patients’ involvement that led to a radical improvement in the layout within the design programme.

This scheme involved close liaison with the Trust and clinicians to enable continued working through decanting, phased and out-of-hours working.
