Heath Lane Centre

AD Architects designed an Under Fives Centre, with both a Nursery School and Child Development Centre under one roof, with combined reception and administrative areas.  The brief called for a building with a 60 year design life of low maintenance to meet the aspirations of two clients with different needs and priorities.

The solution involves a steel and glulam timber structure with a clear span for maximum adaptability and a range of materials selected for their low maintenance and durability.
