We have put hardware and software in place to allow our team to work remotely and collaborate without needing face-to-face contact.
Although we aim to maintain an office presence to deal with landline calls, deliveries, etc., we are proposing to clients, contractors and other associates that we will reduce the number of face-to-face meetings where agreeable and practicable and ‘meet’ using video or audio conferencing such as Zoom, Skype, or Teams, depending on what facilities and software you have. Of course, basic communications can still be held by telephone and email.
