University Centre Harlow Opens
This new £9m project, which is the result of a joint venture between Anglian Ruskin University and Harlow College, now provides a facility for Higher Education in West Essex. The new three storey building, which opened in time for the new 2010-11 academic year, provides a fitting home to Harlow's acclaimed journalism department, as well as range of other adaptable teaching and ICT space, a lecture theatre and a business centre.
