AD Architects to design new Anglia Ruskin University Centre in Harlow
AD Architects has been appointed by Anglia Ruskin University to design the new University Centre in Harlow. The £8.5m project is a joint venture between the University and Harlow College, with funding from HEFCE, EEDA and Harlow Renaissance, and will provide a facility for Higher Education in West Essex. The new three storey building will provide a range of adaptable accommodation including teaching and ICT space, a lecture theatre and a business centre with i-lab. The client's aspiration is to deliver a building which meets the BREEAM Excellent standard in 2011.
