Remodelling of industrial site at Enfield for Cambridge Electronic Industries in seven phases to provide process areas, assembly and storage and external works.
Innovation Cetnre, Health & Human Science Research Centre and Astronomical Observatory (The Patrick Moore Building) for the University of Hertfordshire, The latter being acknowledged as the best facility available to astrophysics undergraduates in the UK.
The remodelling of several neighbourhood areas in Harlow, including master planning and resident consultation, implemented through both new build and refurbishment contracts. This includies the refurbishment of 316 dwellings at Berecroft in Harlow (with residents in occupation) for the first local housing company formed under the Estates Renewal Challenge Fund initiative.
Defects investigation and subsequent roof repairs to the Royal Albert Hall, carried out under the aegis of English Heritage.
